I’ve used their services three times. Always a prompt response. They show up as scheduled and will give me a quote and adjust if needed. Their work is fantastic. They tell me what needs to be done and the timeframe. If the job is complex (one job replaced the sewer pipe and plumbing leading to it), they give me my options. I always ask what they’d do and pick that one. If I can save money in any way, they’ll point it out to me (let me do a portion to save money). I’ve used them and will definitely use them again. I recommend them to everyone!

Our sewer line started backing up on Christmas eve. Rock-O-Rooter had two men out here by 1pm. They were efficient , friendly and explained their work clearly and walked me through the issues using the camera scope .

Jomar arrived right on time and did a thorough job snaking the clog. Rock-o-Rooter is my go to if i need plumbing help and because my apartment is so old will be calling them again in about five years when the drain clogs again.

Your two employees were very helpful and friendly. They contacted me and gave all the details about the work and the issues that they found. I do appreciate those two very much that assisted us with this service. Very good job. We also have another job, but that's down the road a little. we will contact you when that time comes. Thank you again.

Arrived earlier for appointment. Quickly found the problem for a running toilet and replaced fill valve and flapper but also noticed it was filling slowly so replaced a hose. Did all of this to complete satisfaction in less than 30 minutes!

This company was awesome. They came when they said they would. The service that Jomar and Mosi gave was excellent. Jomar explained couple of ways we could do the repairs I needed and also explained the cost would be for each repair. Also finished in a timely manner. Will do business with them again when needed.

As soon as I called about an issue with my bathroom toilet leaking water on the floor, they were able to have someone stop by in about 15 minutes, I was amazed how quickly they arrived, it must have been perfect timing. Jomar & Spencer were respectful & honest, fast & efficient. They explained to me the issue was from a deteriorated wax ring & gave me an estimated quote & I gave them the okay to fix it. Everything was done in about 1 hour, same day. A million percent satisfied.
